Resting comfortably on your mat, you will access a state of deep conscious sleep to dissolve self-inhibiting beliefs and unlock profound peace.

Meet your Instructor: Megan Lutz~ C-IAYT, E-RYT 500
Megan is a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapy, a 500 Hour Kripalu Yoga teacher, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Nutrition Coach.She has been an instructor at Woodbury Parks and Recreation for seventeen years teaching Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation, a Yoga Alliance 200 hour yoga teacher training program and nutrition education.In addition to her group class work, Megan has a private yoga therapy practice helping clients manage mental health conditions (anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss), reducing chronic pain (back, neck, hips, shoulders), and managing neurological conditions (Parkinson's, dementia stroke recovery and multiple sclerosis).No refunds are given once a program has begun.
