Vinyasa Yoga & iRest Yoga Nidra begins with an hour of thoughtfully sequenced yoga postures for strength, balance and flexibility that embodies the five levels of being - physical, energy, feelings-emotions, wisdom and contentment and ends with a half hour of profound guided yoga nidra to help you get more restful sleep, feel more relaxed, reduce stress, relive anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and chronic pain. iRest allows us to explore and go beyond self-inhibiting beliefs so we can experience inner peace.
Treat your body and mind to invigorating movement and transformative yoga nidra, no previous experience is necessary, all welcome! Open to ages 14+.

- 60 minute class without Yoga Nidra.
- 90 minute class with Yoga Nidra immediately following.

Meet your Instructor: Megan Lutz~ C-IAYT, E-RYT 500
Megan is a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapy, a 500 Hour Kripalu Yoga teacher, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Nutrition Coach.She has been an instructor at Woodbury Parks and Recreation for seventeen years teaching Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation, a Yoga Alliance 200 hour yoga teacher training program and nutrition education.In addition to her group class work, Megan has a private yoga therapy practice helping clients manage mental health conditions (anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss), reducing chronic pain (back, neck, hips, shoulders), and managing neurological conditions (Parkinson's, dementia stroke recovery and multiple sclerosis).
