Line Dancing for Fitness: Come join the fun!
Learn to line dance in a fun, welcoming atmosphere while getting some great exercise! We will dance to both country and pop songs. No experience necessary. Beginner to intermediate dances will be taught, and by the end of the session, you will know 7-10 different dances. Be sure to bring water and wear closed toe shoes.

Get ready to move, groove, and have fun! This beginner-friendly intro to line dancing class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn simple steps set to upbeat music! No partner or experience needed! You'll learn basic moves, build confidence on the dance floor, and enjoy a lively, social atmosphere. Just bring your energy, closed-toe shoes, water and a smile! Please note although this class is no charge, you must be registered to participate.

Meet your instructor: Tricia Marino
Tricia is a Certified Personal Trainer with 30 years of experience in teaching group fitness classes. Since 1997, she has taught a variety of fitness disciplines, including Step, Hi-Low Aerobics, Functional Training, Yoga, Pilates, and Strength Training. Tricia has been a valued instructor with Woodbury Parks and Recreation since 2019. Her classes are designed for all fitness levels, with modifications provided for both beginners and advanced participants..In addition to her fitness work, Tricia is a Math Specialist at DePaolo Middle School in Southington and an active volunteer with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
