Senior Citizen's Dance Class

A movement dance class for senior citizens created and taught by Donna Bonasera, Artistic Director of Connecticut Dance Theatre. 

Dance is a wonderful form of exercise! The health benefit derived from dance is a wonderful way to increase flexibility, improve posture, energy and breath.

All traditional forms of dance will be introduced, including simple movement and exercises from ballet, modern, jazz and musical theatre. You will enjoy dancing to the music from Big Band sounds, Jazz greats, Frank Sinatra,  and today's pop music.
