Join certified instructor Nick Switz for a fun and engaging kids' yoga class designed to inspire movement, creativity, and self-expression.  With five years of experience and training from Radiant Child Yoga, Nick leads children through playful yoga-based games and imaginative storytelling that promotes body awareness, cooperation, and confidence.  Each session ends with a calming guided story, giving kids a peaceful moment to reflect and relax.  This class is the perfect blend of energy and mindfulness.

Bring yoga mats and water bottles.

Nick
A certified instructor through Radiant Child Yoga since 2019, Nick has been teaching kids yoga across Litchfield County for the past six years.  His true passion is helping others and being a great dad to his daughter, Sedona.  We're thrilled to welcome him to our program!
